Description of the service. Used in error messages, events, etc.
On Windows this property is used to register the Wrapper as a Windows
service. (Used in Windows Vista, 200x and XP, not in NT.)
Example:
wrapper.description=Description of My Application
For historical reasons, this property defaults to the value of the
wrapper.ntservice.description
property, which in turn defaults to "".
NOTE
On Windows, changes to this property will not take effect until
the Windows service is reinstalled.
