Specifies the name of the load ordering group of which the service
will be a member. If no name is specified then the service will
not belong to a group. Defaults to no value.
Example:
wrapper.ntservice.load_order_group=WebServices
When the service is installed, the Service Manager will assign a
load order group tag. This tag can be used to control the order
that services within a load ordering group are started.
NOTE
Changes to this property will not take effect until the
service is reinstalled.
